We woke up with the rest of the hut at about 6.30 and brushed our teeth with the rest of the hut and then ate breakfast with the rest of the hut. An excellent breakfast including eggs and Schinken for the kids and yogurt and muesli for Crys and I.

Morning hiking was nice through forest and single track trail. Soft on the feet and all down. But after about 3 km we were on a gravel road for the next 13 km. We followed the River the whole way and took a nice break in the shade next to it. Numerous waterfalls and the river kept us entertained for the first 2 hours but the hiking got monotonous being only down on a gravel road and we all were happy to see the town show up below us by 12 pm.

We dropped our packs while the small hotel proprietor got our rooms ready and went and got lunch. We got the message the room was ready while we wrapped up lunch and headed back for showers and then went out to the beer garden they have and had some refreshements and relaxed.

All down seems like a dream but on a gravel road 16 km of down gets boring!

I would have taken a pictures inside but I don’t think people would appreciate me taking pictures of them wandering around in their underwear.
