Canal over the river
A beautiful morning biking with more variation in the trail and landscape. We moved through beautiful forest, then in to towns and back to the woods. We passed a few chateaus that we could see from afar but not visit. As we entered one small town we found ourselves in the middle of a parade with a marching band dressed to the nines. Very cool!.
A great lunch from a visit to a small market which we enjoyed in a small park by a stream in the shade. We napped a bit and then gathered ourselves for a hot finish into Sully de loire. Campsite, pool, castle tour, gastronomic dinner (Wow!) and finally sleep to the sound of a very busy campsite with loud excited music far enough away we were able to settle down and drift off.
